VIRTUAL SESSION:
At the time of scheduling on Schedulicity, select the REMOTE/TELEHEALTH option from the list of services. Please let Gene know via text (512-897-4787) or email (gene@genekummerer.com) your preference of virtual modality: GoogleMeet, WhatsApp, or telephone. Insurance-billed sessions may be required to be video, please verify with your insurance.
Prior to your session, be sure to prepare your technology. Instructions are below.
NEW CLIENTS: PRINT the appropriate new client intake forms (New Client Forms--Adult or New Client Forms--Minor Child) and EMAIL (gene@genekummerer.com) or TEXT (512-897-4787) the completed forms to Gene prior to your appointment.
IN PERSON SESSION:
At the time of scheduling on Schedulicity, select the IN PERSON option from the list of services. If you scheduled a virtual/remote session but want to change to an in-person session, please let Gene know via text (512-897-4787) or email (gene@genekummerer.com).
SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS:
Gene has been fully vaccinated and boosted.
Because of family health concerns, Gene will wear a mask for the duration of all in-person sessions. Gene also asks that all clients wear a mask for the duration of in-person sessions. Additionally, Gene will observe social distancing (6 feet apart, no hand-shaking) and will run a high capacity HEPA filter in his office.
The common areas (waiting area, restrooms) are open with no restrictions. Clients who prefer not to wait in the waiting room may wait in their cars and text Gene when they arrive. Gene will come get them when he is ready to begin their session.
